As a Front Desk/Secretary for Catholic Health, you will be responsible for a variety of clerical duties to help facilitate the daily functions of the Physician Practice.

Checking patients in and outSchedulingCommunicates with other clinical and ancillary departments to improve patient care and satisfactionTraining of new staff and assuring excellent customer service while adhering to policies and procedures; correspond with billing department and credentialing specialists to keep staff updated with insurance changes and coverage including participation gridsTriage and handle patient issues at front deskWork with practice management to resolve conflicts as they arisePerform other duties as requiredRequirements:
High School Diploma/GED requiredPhysician Practice experience preferredPosted Salary Range:
USD $19.
21 - USD $21.
