Responsibilities Coordinate, schedule, and confirm patient appointments Ensure insurance paperwork is completed and process payments as needed Provide patients with information regarding services or claims Maintain a clean and organized work area Scanning, shredding and answering phones Floater - can be trained to triage, prepare patient rooms and work in the back office Qualifications Experience working as a medical receptionist Friendly and engaging personality Ability to work towards a common goal with little supervision Exceptional written, typing and verbal communication skills We are looking forward to hearing from you.
Available shifts and compensation:
Available shifts all days except Sundays and Mondays.
Compensation is $16.
